Kick Boxing

Kickboxing was historically developed from karate mixed with boxing and is a form of self-defense, general fitness, and contact sport. If you have the passion to compete and become one of the greatest kickboxers, then we invite you to train at America’s Best Karate of South Medford! You will train under one of our instructors who has helped many students become professionals.

Kicking and punching are the main forms of combat with many different skills such as jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and cross-counters. Everyone starts out with a fumble here and there, but as you continue training, each punch and kick will feel confident and powerful. We want to see our students thrive and accomplish their goals!
